This August, Timberland announced a surprise global ad campaign during the 2008 Summer Olympics! The campaign is a series of television, print and online advertisements that celebrate the exhilaration of being outdoors. Exciting!
Featured in the first TV advertisement of the campaign, called "Podium", is the Hypertrail from Timberland's Fall 2008 Outdoor Performance collection. Features include premium leather and highly breathable air mesh with Gore-Tex XCR waterproof membranes and climbing grade rubber toe guard to provide added durability and abrasion resistance. Also, they weigh only 1012 grams per pair!
