This past weekend Sony Music Recording Artist Eva Avila and Rae talked with students about how to make healthy choices at Vista Heights Elementary School in Calgary for At My Best.
At My Best is a school-based children's wellness program developed by AstraZeneca Canada and Physical and Health Education Canada to encourage physical, nutritional and emotional well-being for kids and their families. The ultimate goal of At My Best is to help every child thrive!
